ANALYTICAL LABORATORY

The laboratories perform all the necessary analyses on raw materials and on finished products deriving from production processes:
  • chemical and biological analysis on raw materials, semiprocessed products, final products in the brewing sector;


  • chemical and biological analysis on other food products (wine, oil, bread, pasta, products coming from animal production, etc.);


  • certification of the Quality Management System in compliance with the norm UNI EN ISO 9001, and the accreditation as laboratory operating in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 17025 (Laboratory accreditated n. 0754);


  • proficiency test (malt) MAPS; the laboratory participates regularly to proficiency tests;


  • development of Shewart control chart for the analysis.


The methods in use are official (Analytical EBC and/or MEBAK).
