It is required a 1st level degree in scientific subjects.

HOW TO BECAME A BREWER
(5 days)
The Course has been designed to give to the future brewers the solid base
(combining theory and pratical training) about the brewing process
(raw materials, brewing process, final beer tasting). The course
gives the participants the possibility to train on our pilot plants.

BEER TASTING EXPERT
(8 hours)
The Course has been designed to identify flavors and aromas in beer.
The course gives the participants a solid base of beer knowledge,
with a specific enphasis on beer styles and tasting.
The cost is 250 euro.

The Course has been designed to give to the future brewers the solid base
(combining theory and pratical training) about the filling of beer.
The course give to the participants the possibility of training on our
machinery.
